I don't know how to check what version of the System and Finder I'm using, and I don't know how to determine how much memory is in my Macintosh. How do I find this out?
(When you call Quark Technical Support, it is important to know the type of Macintosh you are using, the version of the System and Finder, and the total memory.)
You can obtain System information by choosing About the Finder when the Finder is running.
1. If you are running MultiFinder, choose About the Finder from the Apple menu.
2. The About the Macintosh Finder dialog box is displayed. The numbers in the Finder and System fields indicate the version numbers you are using.
3. The Total Memory field indicates the total amount of random access memory (RAM) in kilobytes (K) installed in your computer.
4. Write these numbers down and have them available when you call Quark Technical Support.
